All cactus are succulents but not all succulents are cactus,  true or false? 

  Most cactus collectors say that but is false, is mostly 99% true but this genera is a breaking rule, pereskias don't have succulents leaf and love water, another braking rule of succulents is they don't need time to seal before planting, the cutting must be planting inmediatly on a wet soil, they are real cactus for the way of the spine came like all cactus and it's flowering system,  next time you ear this  you can say False!

Scientific Name: Pereskia sacharosa
Synonym: Pereskia saccharosa, Rhodocactus sacharosa, Pereskia moorei, Pereskia saipinensis, Rhodocactus saipinensis, Pereskia sparsiflora
 
Spines as many as 25 on trunk, Flowers solitary or in a terminal inflorescence of two to four, pink, Pereskia sacharosa is native to low lands of the Andes and in the Gran Chaco region of Brazilincluding Mato Grosso, Bolivia, Paraguay and Norwestern Argentina at elevation of 1000-2500m (3300-8200ft).

This beautiful healthy plant  easy to keep, It love water but still be a cactus, is one of the few cactus with leaf, is knows as wax rose cactus for it beautiful pink flowers, this is a rooted cutting from my mother plant,  Don't miss this one , The showing pot is 4". the plant you are buying is a rooted cutiing of 4" to 6" tall or bigger,   The plant will shipping bare root , We have a lot of extremely rare cactus if you want something rare let me know and I will listing for you.
