If you would like to place your order early, I will build the display, box it and hold it until the date you specify at no extra or additional charge. Order early and and have it shipped mid December.

This is a beautiful hand-made flag/document display case. It is made for a 3x5 flag and a 8-1/2” x 11" landscape document. The case is built from red oak. The cases are carefully hand made and takes 4 to 6 hours to complete each case. This model can be a table top or wall display. There are no plastics, MDF, pastboard or particle board used in construction of this case. The backs of both flag case and document frame is 3/16" thick plywood and fully removable, secured with turn buttons for quick and easy access.
The case comes with an medallion wreath and your choice of pictured service medallion. Other medallions are available e-mail me for pictures of my other medallions. If you prefer one without a medallion and a centered frame please contact me.
This case is finished with Minwax Sedona Red #222. A penetrating oil based stain.
The color is hand rubbed into the grain of the wood. The finish coats are sprayed on, so there will be no brush marks. A sealer coat is applied and when dry, hand sanded. It is then finished with multiple coats of clear gloss lacquer, hand sanded between each coat for a high quality, furniture grade finish.
If you need more than one case, a specific or different stain color, or wood type, please e-mail me. I will create a listing for your specific needs. I build each case myself, so large quantities would have to be built, or certain wood types may have to be ordered, and can have longer delivery. I also do custom orders, you can design your case and I will do what I can to build it.
I have been building kitchen cabinets and furniture since 1976. I hand build and finish each case myself and use the same standards building the cases as I do building pieces of furniture and kitchen cabinets.
Being a veteran of the U.S. armed forces , I am extremely proud of our men and women who serve our country and also their families who serve them.

I will not sale a case that I wouldn't display in my own home and I will not sale a case I couldn't be proud to say I built, so I hand sign the back of each case along with my contact information.
