1) Changing Hands- Albina says that this first element can promote holding an imbued object within one's hand and transfer the energies to another vessel!! Albina does suggest that this will take "practice" , as this ability can become stronger the longer alignment takes place . She does NOT recommend attempting this with Djinn as Djinn transfers require many years of study.

5) Seeing Hands- This element can draw in the Sacred energies that amplify inherent psychic ability.
