CAB Comment––This is definitely a classic for any collection: Steven Spielberg’s one and only novel (I believe), “Close Encounters Of The Third Kind”.  No it’s not high literature, and yes it basically the CE3K film written out scene by scene as a novelization for the movie, but I proudly have a copy on my own shelf, and I remember that when I read it I truly enjoyed it.  But guess what?  CE3K is one of my favorite films and, in my opinion, one of Spielberg’s all-time best.  This is book is a must-have for the movie buff.
