This is a littonware microwave baking pan.
 I think it is a roasting pan with a roasting rack.
 the rack part is removable, and it says microwave safe.
 the outer pan says Littonware, and the insert fits,  it is microwave safe.
 The roasting pan is 12 x 7 x 2 and the rack is 11 x6 and has 6 feet or legs, see pictures.
 This item is used but in great shape.
