Nicely turned walnut or rosewood wooden handle and steel hook
Circa 19th Century
The hook is hand forged.

Condition: Needs a good cleaning, the brush at one end is missing and there are some small age cracks and chips in the handle, there is surface rust. I can’t tell if there was a ring at the top.
