ADAMS & SONS CYRENE RED TRANSFERWARE DINNER PLATE 9 1/4" 1840 ENGLAND WOW

Listing is for one beautiful dinner plate made by Adams & Sons in the Cyrene Red. Plate measures 9 1/4" in diameter.  Marked on bottom "W Adams & Sons Cyrene Stone China ENGLAND ". Been in the family for many many years time to pass it on!! Great Grandma says could go back to 1840 being in the same family!!

The pattern depicts a Classic Romantic Era Garden/River scene with people in period dress on the shore with building and trees in the background with a crosshatched border separated with vignettes of castles.

This pattern is just beautiful!! Pattern is discontinued and very exclusive. Plate would make a great gift or addition for the Cyrene Red COLLECTOR!!  Replacements.com is asking much more for this same dinnerware.
