This is a Silver Age comic from DC Comics.  It is an error cover as it has no DC logo.  Also the cover is almost black and white.  This 1966 comic features the iconic Superboy.  This comic has some water damage as the photos show.  As a result I have graded it as GD.  But other than the water damage the comic is in very good shape.  It is very lightly shaded.  I can't find a copy of this comic anywhere.  To me it seems truly very rare.  A vintage comic with a very rare cover.
