#9 in the series. This is the original 25-chapter text, with short-run second art matte picture cover (Nancy at the red curtains, watching  a digger out of the window). Farah-coded 1965A-70.  Rear cover lists to The Phantom of Pine Hill. 

It's in good condition, technically, as the pages and spine are nice and tight. No writing/markings or torn or missing pages.  There is some storage grundge and cover edgewear and corner bumping.  The bottom of the spine (lower half at left, about an inch at right), which is the yellow matte board cover, is lifting, but not torn off.
