These are a selection of poem plates that will be personalized with your pet's name and dates. Choose from the selections shown, or choose to have a custom plate made with your own text ($5.00 extra for custom plates). The plates can be used in our 5 or 6 Photo Rotating Pet Urns if you need additional plates for the frames. They are 2-7/8" square and are engraved on plexi-brass, which is weather resistant and won't fade. Plexi-brass is two layers of a plastic type material that resembles brass. The engraving machine cuts through the first layer, exposing the black layer beneath it. This is preferable to many people, as the black print shows clearly against the gold or silver plate. It is a flexible plate, not rigid such as a brass plate. The plates have a self-adhesive strip on the back, so you just peel and stick. Your choice of gold or silver.

All of our plates are professionally engraved in a brick and mortar store with state of the art equipment. No desktop engravers here.

If you are ordering a custom plate (last sample shown), please provide all the necessary information that is shown in the sample plate for the Custom Plate. We will need the pet's name, date of birth, date of death, up to 5 lines of text (max of 24 letters and/or spaces per line) and choice of block or script font. 

HOW TO SEND ENGRAVING INFORMATION:

Please submit engraving information when making your purchase and be sure to check your email in case there are any questions regarding your order. For the sample plates shown, I will just need the following:

1. Name of Pet (10 letter max)
2. Date of Birth (two number dates - EX: 03/16/14)
3. Date of Death (two number dates - EX: 11/21/22)

For the CUSTOM plate (Plate 15RP1), I will need the above information AND the following:

1. Up to 5 lines of text (24 letters and/or spaces per line)
2. Choice of Block or Script style font


PLEASE ALLOW 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ENGRAVING TO BE COMPLETED.
