Shipping
All orders are processed within 48 hrs of receipt of payment. Shipment of your copier (actual ship date) will occur 1-7 business days of receipt of your payment. Arrival at your delivery location will occur 1-20 business days from actual ship date.
- Local pick up is available. Please email for arrangements.
- Only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to.
- Address changing must be confirmed by our customer service before payment.
- Shipping fees and return fees are not refundable.
All shipments are shipped to curbside. The delivery driver will drop the machine onto the ground, curbside, at the end of your driveway. The customer will be responsible for its relocation and assembly from there.
If you want the machine delivered within your premises, there is an additional charge.
Please advise us ahead of time should you need any of these services:
1. Inside delivery: Your item will be transported from the truck to the inside of the first floor front door of your office. (Please take note that the delivery personnel will not unpack or setup the item and will not place it in a specific room)
2. White Glove Delivery
3. Residential / Non-Commercial Delivery
4. Construction Site Delivery
5. Notify Before Delivery
6. Stairs.
7. We will deliver this copier to your office free of charge only in California, Arizona and Nevada.
Must be on the first floor OR have elevator to higher floors. Residential locations & locations with stairs will incur extra charges which may be very costly. Failure to respond to our shipping questions correctly will result in higher delivery charges.
Each copier is in good working order upon departure from our facility. Due to the sensitive nature of digital copiers combined with fluctuation and vibrations from shipping, professional setup and installation by a factory-trained technician is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We strongly suggest that all buyers PROTECT THEIR PURCHASE by contacting a local service provider that can handle this installation properly. Failure to do so could result in error codes, damage to the copier and/or poor quality and poor performance.
RETURN & REFUND
- Any problem has to be reported within seven days of receive.
- No refund on shipping charges.
- We will accept returns for items that were posted with incorrect information and/or wrong item shipped.
- Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs with insurance.
- All sales are final (SOLD AS-IS ).
- Any item returned for warranty must be returned in the same condition that it was received.
General:
- We reserve the right to repair or replace the same item or refund the purchase at our discretion
- At our option, we substitute/refund damaged or lost product at the time the insurance claim is paid.
- All Items must be returned with all original contents and components with prior authorization.
- Return shipping shall be the responsibility of the buyer. We pay shipping to send replacement back.
- In case of damaged parcel:
* Carrier might damage items during shipping.
* Please inspect the package well before accepting the shipment from the carrier.
* If you notice any damage to the box or the shipment, please don't accept the parcel.
* To report a damage parcel, please contact us.
* We will follow up and file a "damage claim" with the carrier.
* All shipping, packaging materials and boxes must be saved.
* Carriers will pickup the damaged item for inspection.
* Failure to provide everything necessary for us to file a damaged claim will void your warranty.
* We can't file a damage claim if you accept the shipment.
* Therefore, we are not liable for any damage if the shipment is accepted and we were not contacted within the time limit.
