All shipments are shipped to curbside. The delivery driver will drop the machine onto the ground, curbside, at the end of your driveway. The customer will be responsible for its relocation and assembly from there.

7. We will deliver this copier to your office free of charge, except in California, Arizona, and Nevada.
It must be on the first floor OR have an elevator on the higher floors. Residential locations & locations with stairs will incur extra charges, which may be very costly. Failure to respond to our shipping questions correctly will result in higher delivery charges.
Each copier is in good working order upon departure from our facility. Due to the sensitive nature of digital copiers combined with fluctuation and vibrations from shipping, professional setup and installation by a factory-trained technician is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We strongly suggest that all buyers PROTECT THEIR PURCHASE by contacting a local service provider that can handle this installation properly. Failure to do so could result in error codes, damage to the land, and poor quality and performance.
