This came out of the Artcraft Swiss Embroidery Co - a company that made patches. I believe this to be one of their samples as it has some velcro on the back where it was probably attached to some sort of display board
I found a "proof" card in the bag of patches and I am attaching the photo - THE PROOF CARD WILL NOT BE SHIPPED WITH YOUR PATCH - IT IS FOR REFERENCE ONLY!!!! I DON'T HAVE ANYMORE INFORMATION ON THE PATCHES - I PURCHASED THEM FROM AN ESTATE
