• This unique box is composed of stained and leaded glass with brass accents,
individually hand-crafted
 by famed Judaica glass artist Leona M. Fein 
• The lid of this beautiful box incorporates an 18th century art form known
as Potichomania, whereby pictures and brightly colored pieces of paper
are adhered to the underside of clear glass
• This piece is titled "Sweethearts" c. 1900 and the image on the hinged
glass lid features a couple embracing in front of a large red heart, with
additional floral and Judaica art details and Hebrew text
• The square-shaped box measures approx. 4-5/8" x 5" x 3-1/2" high, it has
richly colored glass panels with brass metal trim and four metal ball feet,
artist’s signature hand painted on back
• Comes with small card stating that this piece was crafted by Leona Fein
• This wonderful, pre-owned vintage collectible is in excellent,
well preserved
 condition with no cracks or chips
• Will make a stunning showcase for your treasured keepsakes, or a perfect accent piece

-Now retired, Leona Fein has spent a lifetime collecting Jewish manuscripts and incorporating
 reproductions of portions of them into each of her beautiful Judaica pieces, Fein’s work has been
 displayed in The Jewish Museum of New York and in galleries in the United States and abroad.
