If you might wish to actually wear this it is a small or possibly extra small, roughly 34" chest at the armpits and tapering in to only 30" at the bottom; sleeves 17 1/2" from armpits and 24" at the shoulders, the underside joins to the main portion much lower than typical jackets. Woven fabric of unknown material possibly a blend, satin lining. Not an off-white but not the world's brightest white, the first photo or two are pretty close for shade, the remainder depending on the lighting for which it is always a balance between detail and glare for such a color garment. Very Good condition and likely worn to dinner until the owner retired. Loops on shoulders to presumably attach boards. I do not know the age but it cannot be very recent; seventies strikes me as a reasonable estimate but I don't think older than that.
Nice collector's item.
