Misses Bridal Dress and Veil in Size 8

 

 

The pattern has been cut but all the pieces to make this dress and veil are there. The instructions are there. The envelope is in fair condition with discolorations and tears. The envelope flap is still attached, but ripping. Copyright unknown but I am placing this dress in the late 1970’s.

 

 

 

Obviously a hardworking pattern but the pieces are in much better shape than the envelope and have no obvious pinning holes. I love the way the veil ties on and frames the face!

 

 

 

Pattern Description

 

"Evening or ankle length dress has high-fitted bodice with round square neckline and shaped waistline, full-length sleeves and gathered A-line skirt. With or without purchased lace trim. Veil has tuck forming casing for ribbon drawstring. (Guide given to cut veil desired length. Veil shown is three yards long.)”

 

 

The veil guide is printed on the instruction sheet.
