Vogue 2266
Vogue Original Yves Saint Laurent Misses Suit and Blouse in a Size 14
The pattern is cut and all the pieces are there. However, the original owner cut the short version, but she would cut part ways across the Skirt piece and then stop and fold the rest. There will be ink marks, sharpee and tears on several of the pattern pieces. The instructions are there with pencil marks and tears. The envelope is in poor condition with rips, writing and a store stamp.. The envelope flap is still attached. There is no copyright date but following guides and price, this pattern is 1970
From the envelope flap:
"Straight from to you – the fashion in this envelope. Your Paris Original was selected by Vogue at the dramatic opening of the designer’s collection, then flown to where its unique styling was translated into pattern form. You’ll find other exclusive fashions in the Paris Original Model and Couturier Design sections of every Vogue Pattern catalogue.”
Take a good look at the illustration from the envelope back. I don’t know why they used such a dark photo on the front…can’t see a thing. This pattern is a little rough but complete…you can still make any of the skirts and that killer yellow outfit!
