This one is from 1964 and I believe it was pressed by Southern Plastics Inc out of Tennessee.  It is mono cover version 2 with the back being column back and brackets.  The record itself is marked VJLP1062 and 63-3403.  It has the hand inscribed marks 63-3402, 63-3403, and 2-6-64"

The record is in good shape and plays as it should....no major scratches.  The cover has very light signs of age only and presents very well.  The cover is not split but does have some hand writing.
