Carl Art Gold filled Sapphire Blue Baguette Art Nouveau brooch pendant

Floral and leaf Art Nouveau style Sapphire Blue baguette rhinestone brooch circa 1940's crafted by Carl-Art Providence, Rhode Island jewelry manufacturer who closed its doors in 1953 circa 1940's.
Beautiful chaton and baguette cut Blue and crystal prong set rhinestones adorn the center of each flower and a row of clear rhinestones for the upper edge.
The oval brooch measures 1 5/16" x 1 3/4" inches wide.
Condition is excellent all rhinestones are present, sparkly and free of any damage. The goldtone metal shows no wear shiny and bright.
