This is a new with tags Summer Top by Sugar Lips. It is a Size XS. I'm providing measurements because the inside tag on the top says XS but the paper hang tag with price states that it is a Small. The item was mistagged. Measures approx. 25.5" from shoulder to hem and has a 17" flat chest. Is a plum purple, hunter green and beige striped top with sequins. Lining is beige. Very nice blouse. Retails for $68.00. Many clothes listed and  will gladly combine shipping.
