This is a new / homemade tulle costume skirt. Should fit 4-6. Has an elastic waist. It is 18" unstretched. Waist to hem is 11.5". Skirt is Red with Black waist. Skirt is 3 layers. Top layer is netting with silver sequins. Cute for Dance or Costumes. Many colors listed and will gladly combine shipping.
