Payment

We accept PayPal payments, US Money Orders, US Cashierâ€™s Checks and Personal Checks from buyers with no negative feedback. Buyers should make their payment within 7 days of auctions end. ALL payments MUST be in U.S. Funds-no exceptions.

Fees

Auction fees are built into the total shipping charges shown in each auction description and for mailers in addition to postage. 8% New Mexico state tax is applied to residents.

Shipping

All shipping fees, within the United States, are shown in each auction description. Insurance is $1.65 up to $50. Orders over $25 require Delivery Confirmation of .60.
International charges are based on international shipping charges obtained directly from the posted rates that are on the United States Postal Service web site. There might be a nominal handling fee for certain customs related shipments. Certain orders may be shipped by express mail for tracking purposes. Buyers are responsible for all customs related fees. All International Sales shipped at your own risk unless Insured!

PLEASE NOTE: We will combine auction winnings into one shipment in order to save our customers money on the shipping fees upon request. Please request an invoice as ebay sends invoice automatically. Shipping Discounts may not include clearance items or stamps sold in lots.

Delivery

We ship orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday unless the Post Office is closed because of a Holiday or natural disaster. Please allow us time to prepare your order and time for the Post Office to deliver your order. We provide proof of mailing upon request. We no longer replace lost packages due to postal errors. Please insure.

Refunds & Returns

Upon receipt of your merchandise, if you should have any problem, please be sure to contact us so that we can address the issue. We accept a return if item is incorrect or defective.
PLEASE NOTE: If your shipment has been insured and it arrives damaged or missing any shipments contents, in order for you to receive a refund, you MUST participate in the insurance claim filing process with the Postal Service. If you are unwilling or unable to participate or assist, we will be unable to replace items or refund the cost of the missing or damaged items.
