Please make your payment immediately. If you are not able to make payment on time, please let us know. Item(s) will not be shipped until the payment is cleared with PayPal. Once your payment is cleared, your item will be shipped within next available business day. Please note; we do not work on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays and Holiday weekends. (Any USPS non-working Holidays)! Item(s) purchased from Friday through Sunday (or Holidays and Holiday weekends) will not be shipped until next available business day.

All our items are for serious buyers only. It is buyer’s responsibility to ask ALL questions before purchasing to avoid any mistakes.
Our items are checked thoroughly before shipping. If any items are damaged, any defects, and/or an best to resolve the issue by providing different options such as; back order, exchange, or refund.
There is absolutely no warranty.
We are not responsible for any wear and tear.
You may return your item(s) within 30 days (unless other information is stated on description/option) from shipped date with an approval from seller after discussion(s) about problem(s). For any returned items that were used, worn, wash, damaged, or monogrammed, buyer will be reported to.
For any RETURN for unsatisfied items(s) or for any reason that was approved by the seller, it is the buyer’s responsibility for shipping and handling fee. Paid shipping fee will not be refunded unless seller’s mistake such as damaged item, wrong size, or wrong item received. Otherwise, only the amount of the item will be refunded after shipping fee has been deducted.

ü All merchandise must be new and unused and returned in original packaging.
ü All open returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
ü If your item is damaged, do NOT ship it back to us. Instead we will send the carrier to pick it up and send a replacement or refund.
ü It is the responsibility of the buyer to package returns properly.
ü Damaged returns due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
ü Returns must include the original packaging with all the packing material, accessories and paperwork in the correct part of the box.
ü Returns must be over-boxed. Do not ship returns in the retail box only.
ü Return Authorizations are only valid for 30 days.
ü If we receive your return after 30 days from the date of authorization, it will be returned to sender without being refunded or replaced.
ü If your item is defective, please contact us so we may troubleshoot the problem before setting up a return.
ü Please ask questions you may have before buying.
For “FREE SHIPPING” item(s), your item fee will be refunded after deducting initial shipping fee we have provided from the item price unless there was seller's mistake such as damaged item or wrong item.
For any EXCHANGE for the items that were purchased with FREE SHIPPING offer, FREE SHIPPING offer is only for initial shipping. Therefore, buyer is responsible for shipping fees.
