PLOT:
Frank Courtney discovers that he has inherited control of a Los Angeles shipping line. However, his guardian, and the current president, Norman Bryan who does not want to lose his position, conspires to have him killed. Only Frank's friend, radio operator Bob Whitlock, and Frank's wolf-dog stand between him and disaster.
