This is a Juicy Couture ladies blouse sized extra small.  It's new with tags and in excellent condition.  The top has long sleeves with buttons at the cuffs as well as buttons going midway up the front.  The model is named Persimmon Pillow Talk Pansy Arrow Heart and is 100& polyester.  The blouse was made in China and has the Juicy signature throughout the fabric.  Some approximate measurements:
