Sculpture Shipping Times
Most sculptures are handmade and will require anywhere between
10-30 business days to ship -
on average, most take 15-20 business days
CUSTOM sculptures CAN take up to 60 days or more depending on previous pending work & size etc.
If your sculpture is needed by a particular date, please let me know in advance and I will do my best to accommodate you!

I just wanted to let you know that I am ALWAYS working on orders. Not only from, but from my other marketplaces as well.
I felt I needed to let you all know that it is becoming nearly impossible to ship ALL of my orders on time according to the order details page. Some arrive before, some arrive on time an some arrive late.
While you are certainly welcomed to proceed with your purchase, please realize there could be a delay.
I am only one person, I do not have a staff or assistant, I do everything myself. All sculptures are drawn, cut, filed, sanded, painted, lacquered, with MANY other processes in between so I do not like to rush anyones order. I take the time needed for each sculpture and send it on its way as I intended it to be.
That's what makes me happy and ultimately makes you happy as well! : )
Also, I live in Florida and during the hurricane and the winter seasons, the inclement weather causes delay with my lacquering process. So I have to take this into consideration as well that this may cause a delay for some orders during those time frames.

RETURN POLICY:
I no longer accept returns for exchange/refund due to the increased RETURN SHIPMENT DAMAGE. It has come to my attention that the sculptures are just not packaged well enough by the buyers(I get it-you are not professional packers) So I am not able to accept returns. It's too costly & time consuming.
Being one person, I can not support a return policy for exchange or refund so I ask that you please ask any and all questions PRIOR to making a purchase and take very good measurements of your space and take into consideration the SHAPE and SIZE of the sculptures I create.
Loss / Damage
If your item is received damaged, please contact me immediately so a claim can be filed with the shipper. IMPORTANT! Please be sure to keep original box and all packaging and be prepared to photograph the damaged box and Item IN FULL and email to me. This is part of the claim process and good photos must be taken. A replacement will be shipped to you once claim is accepted.

Keep in mind, most sculptures you see can be changed in size and in color to better suit your home or office decor needs, so do not hesitate to ask. I do a lot of custom work for personal collectors and businesses!
