PACKAGING:
Great care, time & expense is put into the packaging of your sculptures. I use Tissue paper, Bubble wrap,dense layered foam, Styrofoam and or peanuts & sturdy custom made boxes for each sculpture to package securely & help insure a safe arrival to your home!
Ships insured within 15-20 business days
International Buyers: You are responsible for any fees/taxes/ duties charged to you by your country at the time of pick up or delivery of your item. Contact your local tax or customs office to determine cost.
RETURN POLICY:
If you think there is a chance you may have to return the item, please contact me first within 14 days of receipt to receive instructions and approval.
ORIGINAL box and MATERIALS MUST be KEPT for any return request. Item MUST be shipped via FED EX GROUND FULLY INSURED or return/exchange/refund is VOID if returned damaged and uninsured.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns- REFUNDS can take 3-10 days to process.
Exchanges will be arranged ASAP.

Loss / Damage
If your item is received damaged, please contact me immediately so a claim can be filed with the shipper. IMPORTANT! Please be sure to keep original box and all packaging and be prepared to photograph the damaged box and Item IN FULL and email to me. This is part of the claim process and good photos must be taken. The item must repackaged neatly in original box for Fed Ex to pick up and A replacement will be shipped to you once claim is accepted.
