Shipping is by freight carrier (18 Wheeler) at buyer's expense to a commercial address (sorry, no home businesses, churches, or farms) with a loading dock and fork lift in the lower 48. Typical rates are $150-$400 depending on delivery location, please contact us for a quote. Requires a phone number for the delivery address. If the item is returned as undeliverable we'll process it as a return or re-ship if the buyer pays any additional shipping fees. Please carefully inspect the freight before signing to receive it, if it shows any damage refuse to accept it from the carrier and contact us so we can help.

We take returns for any reason within 30 days. The item must arrive back in the same condition as it was shipped. If we make a mistake, we'll issue a full refund and cover return shipping cost. There's a 10% restocking fee on normal returns, shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
