Engraved Memorial Poem Plate

This memorial poem plate is a beautiful way to honor someone’s memory who was close to your heart. The poem is laser etched on a black aluminum plate and can be done with gold or silver text, which engraves to almost a mirror effect. It is ideal for framing, where you can place the poem on one side, and your loved one’s picture on the other, frame it individually or create a special memorial using the plate as a center piece. The plate has pressure sensitive adhesive strips on the back, so you just peel and stick, if needed. Theses also make a beautiful and heartfelt gift for someone you know that is grieving. 

The poem is printed inside a large heart made of a heart border. Your loved one’s name and dates are engraved at the bottom right side of the heart on the 8x10 and 5x7.  The name and dates will go below the heart shape on the 4x6 and 3x5. The poems can be done in singular or plural versions, replacing the words "we and our" with the word "I and My" and vice versa. 

You can purchase this plate in various sizes. Keep in mind, the smaller the plate, the smaller the text. Please email me with any questions prior to purchasing.

Engraved plates are non-returnable unless it is due to a typo or an error with the engraving.

2. Date of Birth (00/00/00 two digit format)
