This is for a vintage postcard featuring the restaurant/cocktail lounge, Top of the Town, which was located at 11th & J Streets in Sacramento, California. This was located at the top of the Elks Temple building. Postcard made by Curteich (formerly Curt Teich). Luckily, since this is Curteich, we can date it. The code in the stamp box on the back is 6B. B series cards were from the 40s, and the six indicates the year; thus, 1946. Card has an extremely light short random crease which you can see on the back under "POSTCARD" Corners are a little bumped. This is a very hard to find card, and an important artifact of Sacramento history!
