The binding is in acceptable condition, a couple of pages at the rear are detached and the last few pages are water marked on the lower corner. The pages are lightly tanned and have some foxing. The cover is rubbed and has some dings and dents and the lower spine end is frayed. Acceptable. Hardcover.
