This is a lovely Collector Plate 3-D Wall Plaque  Hanging Guardian Angel Watching Over Kids 1980. This item is 7 3/4 inches wide. It is a 3-D Plate. Beautiful Angel watching over the little boy and girl. Weighs in at 2 pounds before packing. The base look like a marble design, but I believe this item is Resin. Has the Gold Hanging Hook on the back. Does have wear from age and use. Some paint wear on the Rim and the back has some Gold spread on the base.
