Turtle Tie Tack. Faceted Smokey Quartz Center. Unknown Metal, but 10K Gold Emblem Foil is intact in Box. Turtle has textured feet, raised eyes and teeny tiny tail. Turtle is about 3/4 Inches Long. Comes in Original Presentation Box. I find no readible markings on the Tie Tac. There is a marking under the turtle head...but I can't make it out. Please see Pictures.
