These handmade copper earrings are large leaf hoops with spiral wire wrapped blue goldstone dangles. Leaf hoops are unique leaf shaped ear wires. Like traditional round hoops, the ear wire is an integral part of the earring design. These large leaf hoops are also coiled with fine gauge wire to accent the design. This is a simple, versatile and eye catching design suitable for any occasion.

Copper - I use natural 100% copper wire to create copper jewelry items. It is not treated with a lacquer or wax. Copper naturally oxidizes over time and develops a patina. Some people love that look and some prefer to keep it shiny. Slow the oxidization process by wiping your copper jewelry with a soft clean cloth before and after each use to keep it clean. You can easily clean oxidized copper jewelry and return it to bright and shiny by soaking it in a mixture of lemon juice and salt for 30-60 seconds, rinse with water, and dry. Try it with a penny.
