Shipping & Order Processing
Items will be shipped via our local Postal Service Airmail Registered Service. All parcel are insured and request signature upon delivery. An email notice will be sent to customer’s email address once the order was shipped. Express shipping option available, just contact us for details.
Delivery Transit
US, Canada and UK Shipping addresses will take around 6-8 business days; while other international addresses will take around 8-12 business days (actual transit time may vary due to different locations and custom clearance delay).

Return Policy

If for any reasons you aren’t satisfied with the product(s) purchased, you can return any non-engraved item in its original condition for an exchange within 7 days from the delivery date. Return packages must be post marked within 7 days upon delivery of products. It is necessary to follow our return procedure. As all rings are tailor made upon order confirmation, a 20% restocking fee will be charged for return and refund, while shipping and handling are non-refundable, if applicable. Products must be unworn and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for all shipping, handling and applicable taxes for the return shipment.
