This LOT OF (6) Agilent 8960 Series 10 E5515C Wireless Communication Test Sets is listed "For Parts or Not Working" due to all units failing self-test. Every unit was tested to power on and all units boot up with no issue. The only apparent issue is the self-test fail. Every unit comes with licenses that vary unit to unit.
