Calidora alocasia is the quintessential center piece for container plantings with its show stopping upward pointing, highly ribbed leaves.
Calidora is a large elephant ear- growing up to 7 feet tall and 7 feet wide. However, if planted in a container, its size will be limited by the contain and it will not overwhelm it’s neighbors in the container.
Also, very attractive as a back of border planting as it size, texture and robust growth provide an interesting back drop for your other plantings.
Calidora is hardy in zones 7 thru 11. In cooler climates, simply bring into a warm basement or living area. She is currently growing in 4" pots with a well developed root system, ready to grow in your garden. We will moisture package her for her time in transit.
