3 Cards of 3 Buttons to a Card (total of 9 buttons), B G & E Originales (Bailey, Green and Elger), Purple, Plastic, Size 28 or 3/4 inch wide and ¼ inch thick, 2 hole.  Made in Holland, no date and no barcodes.  Judging by the price and card style these buttons are 1950s to 1960s.

Button Description

The shell buttons are shiny, purple in color, round, scooped out center, ridged edges and with two holes.  They are slightly iridescent.  The buttons are all the same color, just reflecting the light differently.  The buttons are unused and in excellent condition and still attached to their display cards.  The cards have bends, creases, wear and tanning.

These are an interesting shade of purple.  In some lights the buttons almost look brown and in other lights the buttons look maroon.

Bought the vintage sewing pattern, found some appropriate fabric and now you are looking for the right button?  Or, perhaps you are trying to repair an existing vintage garment?  The right vintage button can make all the difference!

Buttons comes in a zip 2 mil. plastic bag and are shipped in an envelope with a cardboard insert or in a padded mailer depending upon the buttons.  The zip bag is great for storing the buttons!
