This is one of the older Cherished Teddies Collectors Club figurines. This one is the Charter Member 1995 Members Only figurine. This figurine depicts a Mayor standing by a dog holding a speech and the key to the city. Measures 4 1/4 inches tall. This item is collectible and it is in like new condition.
