Vintage 20s Silver Octagon Snap Link Mother of pearl and celluloid cufflinks

Vintage item, worn only a few times ever. 
Measures 1/2” diameter. Each side has a crimped ".I.I.I." pattern along edge, and a small circle of black celluloid between pattern and pearl. 

Shiny silver pieces. Sturdy and strong. Fabulous shape.
