This is a "Sprinkling The Heavens" Angel Figurine. An angel using a watering can and sprinkling heavenly water down. A wonderful porcelain item was designed by Katharine Stevenson. This piece is from the Tender Hearts Collection. A Bronson Collectibles. Made circa 1995. Measurements are: 4 inches tall by 2 1/2 inches wide.
