Bust is approx. 14" flat but has elastic at top back so stretches. Bust is padded. Is a strapless dress. Is a multi-colored print. Material feels like satin. Has a black beaded band at waist. Zips and ties in the back. Has a tiered ruffled skirt with bubble hem. Lining is black. Main colors are aqua, pink and black. Beautiful dress for school formals, parties, or even prom.
