seems to be for US military due to
Eagle with EPLURIOUS UNUM on banner in eagle mouth
eagle holding olive branch and wheatÂ
found with Horstmann / Phila buttons which are approx 1820-1850 but
I do not have a date system for these buttons other than the buttons I found with these
