If your package hasn't arrived within the 45-days, contact your Post Office, as well as Customs. I've found many times Customs is holding the package and is either behind in contacting you about it or is holding for reasons they might not even know. I've yet to determine why this happens since its outside my country and relying on buyers based on information they've given me.
