1950 NORTHERN CANADA WINTER SCENE. OIL ON CANVAS.  A.R.NICOLSON OF NORTH BAY.

This is a very nice original Canadian painting. Strangely enough Nicholson titled it "Copy", since he copied (painted) a live scene of a loaded sled pulled by a donkey along a snowy northern road. In 1950, as seen in the photos of the back, it sold for the grand sum of $2.40!!
