St. Christopher was the designated patron of travelers and motorists.  This key chain separates into two rings suitable for a valet fob.  The medal is relief with the name of the patron and the words pray for us.  The two pieces separate with slight pressure. The back of the "frame" is shiny and could be engraved to personalize. No maker's/material information. Not attracted to magnet indicates sterling silver.  Minor discororation backside of medal. Medal measures 5" wide X 1" tall within "frame"  Key chain with 2 rings measures 3.25" top to bottom
