How to see what model of phone you have:
1. Take the back off your phone. Most backs simply slide off. All you have to do is press down slightly and slide the back off toward the base of the phone.
2. Take the battery out of your phone by lifting one end with your fingernail. The battery usually lifts right out. 3. Find the white sticker with black lettering inside your phone, where the battery was seated. You will see a heading called "Model Name." There you will find the name of your phone. Underneath you will also see the model number and the International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number. The model number designates your model and the IMEI identifies your specific handset.

• Items normally get shipped out in 1 business day. • Order placed on weekend or holiday will be shipped on Monday or next working day.
• We use USPS First Class Mail (with tracking).

Return/Exchange
• We accept exchange/replace item within 30 days of purchase date. • Buyer will pay the return shipping cost regardless any reasons. No exception. • We will process RMA within 1-2 days when we receive the item back. We exchange/replace item if only item is in same condition as when we shipped out. No exception. • ALL NON SELLER MISTAKES will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and merchandise must be in the unused condition only.
