We do test each of our items prior to shipping them, however, due to the nature of the item before completing installation of the screen please test it on your phone. You can usually just install this screen on the phone and make sure it’s working before completing installation.

• We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided .

• Items normally get shipped out in 1 business day.
• Order placed on weekend or holiday will be shipped on Monday or next working day.

• We use USPS First Class Mail (with tracking).

Return/Exchange

• We accept exchange/replace item within 30 days of purchase date.
• Buyer will pay the return shipping cost regardless any reasons. No exception.
• We will process RMA within 1-2 days when we receive the item back. We exchange/replace item if only item is in same condition as when we shipped out. No exception.

• ALL NON SELLER MISTAKES will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and merchandise must be in the unused condition only.
