Merrythought Princess Diana Bear.  Merrythought is a well known and estabelished British toy maker.  Diana has been out of the box only to photograph.  She is still pure white and wrapped in her orginial tissue.  Comes with orginal certificate of authenticity and is 910/2500, and is in mint condition.  The box is in mint condition as well, no bent or damaged corners.  Plastic has no yellowing, cracks or breakage.

The card says "In tribute to the memory of Diana, Princess of Wales, and designed by Jacqueline Revitt for Merrythought Ltd.  This exclusive Teddy bear is made from the finest mohair and purest oyster silk with just two poignant symbols of Diana, a pearled collar so reminiscent of one of her favourite gowns and a handmade pure silk rose."
