Howden Smith                                Centaur Press, all First Paperback Publication, 1972/1974      Condition: Very Good+/Very Good+ to Near Fine/Very Good                                                                                                           Three books of fantasy (in Centaur's "Time-Lost" series) and horror (Bill's WOLF IN THE GARDEN  was originally published  in 1931; this is the first U.S. publication).  SWORDSMEN... has five stories, two of them original to this anthology.  GREY MAIDEN is the first pb edition, containing four historical adventure stories from a '20s pulp magazine (not really fantasy).  Just light wear on the first two with back cover rubbing on SWORDSMEN; the third has more rubbing and a bit more wear,  plus a store stamp inside.
